Crew and powers

The crew is highly qualified and experienced in the performance of steel structures and repairs of industrial machines.

The welders are certified to weld steel with the MAG – 135 method according to PN EN ISO 4063, material groups 1 to 3 according to PN-EN 287.1. (EN ISO 9606-1)

The inspectors are authorized to check welded joints using the VT, MT, UT, PT methods.

We are authorized to make welded structures according to PN-EN 1090-2 class EXC3 and we also have a certificate confirming the implementation and application of the quality management system according to the requirements of DIN EN ISO 3834-2 – “Quality requirements for welding metal materials”. Both documents were issued by TUV NORD.

Together with GSI SLV Halle, we have obtained a certificate compliant with the EN-15085-2 standard in the CL2 class – for the production of elements for railways.

We work in accordance with the Quality Management System according to PN – EN ISO 9001: 2001.
